How long does it take to produce the items that have been ordered?
It depends on the size and the range of the order. On the average, we plan about two weeks for that. We spend one week for the sterilization procedure and the final quality check-up.
What is the minimum size of the order?
We use individual approach and can produce a small batch of products, starting from 10,000 pieces.
Are there any peculiarities related to the country of destination of test tubes?
Yes, we always need to know the altitude above the sea level in order to set the proper vacuum level inside a test tube.This is why, when you are placing the order, don´t forget to specify where exactly you are planning to use vacuum systems.
